Thursday Jitneys

Flexible. Social. Mix It Up.
Jitneys are a fun and flexible way to get on the ice, play different positions, and meet new teammates. No team is required — just register and show up ready to play!  You may find yourself playing a different position, meeting someone new, or discovering a whole new combination of teammates. That's part of the fun!

Format

A jitney allows players to mix and match for each game, with players rotating through different positions and playing with new teammates each week.  There are no permanent teams for a jitney. Players are mixed into games and positions, giving everyone the opportunity to curl with different people from week to week. Whether you're looking for a casual game, want to meet more members, or simply want to get on the ice without joining a regular team, Monday Jitneys are a great way to curl.

Draw Times

AM Draw: 9:30am
PM Draw: 1:00pm

Registration Details

→ Pre-Registration Required
→ All players must pre-register online for each Monday Jitney
→ Online registration opens the week prior to the jitney.
→ Registration closes at midnight Saturday before the Thursday jitney.
→ Pay-as-you-play

Contact the convener by Saturday at 9:00 PM to arrange payment.

Important Information

→ Each Monday Jitney session is limited to 32 players.
→ Conveners will create the teams, giving players the opportunity to mix it up and play with different teammates.
→ Teams will be posted at the club entrance each Monday.

Confirmation

Once your registration has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don't see it.

If you receive confirmation — YOU'RE IN THE JITNEY!

** If there is room to play, it will be open to "Pay as you Play" , register for a fee of $25 per game.  Each session can have a maximum of 32 players. Conveners will make teams and  these teams will be posted in the entry to the curling club each Monday.
