Handles new member registrations, renewals, and any changes to contact information. The registrar tracks membership status, assists in processing payments or coordinates with the treasurer, and ensures eligibility requirements are met when applicable.

Implements structured initiatives designed to develop young athletes’ skills, teamwork, and passion for curling in a supportive environment. The youth director, oversees training schedules, coaching staff, participant recruitment, and overall program development.

Manages Building and Facilities, oversees the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and safety of the organization’s physical space. They coordinate repairs, manage service contractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and help plan improvements or upgrades.

The webmaster manages and updates the website posting news, event details, results, photos, and announcements so members always have accurate, up-to-date information. Ensures links work, pages load properly, and the site is easy and intuitive to navigate on both desktop and mobile.
